Operator: Anton Mytsiuk, operating as Calgary Garage Floors (“Calgary Garage Floors”, “we”). Contact: through the forms on this website. Last updated: October 2026.
Calgary Garage Floors is a contractor-matching and referral platform. We do not install floor coatings. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and its forms, why we collect it, and who receives it.
With the consent you give on the form, your contact and project details are shared with up to three independent contractors matched to your area and project type, so they can contact you about quotes. Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents; once a contractor receives your details, their own handling of them is governed by their practices and your direct dealings with them.
We also use service providers that operate this website on our behalf (hosting, form processing, analytics and customer-record tools). They receive only the information needed to provide those functions. We do not sell your personal information for unrelated third-party marketing.
We keep request records for as long as needed to operate the matching service, to document consent and routing, and to meet bookkeeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify them. Duplicate requests for the same project may be identified using the contact details and project postal code you provide.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a service of this size, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to people operating the platform. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is used or shared, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date before the change applies to new requests.
